AJM Builders is a local building firm working across Tameside and the wider Manchester area. The six things we do — bathrooms, kitchens, conservatory warm roofs, windows and doors, plastering, and fascias and guttering — sit together for a reason: they're the jobs that overlap. A bathroom needs a plasterer. A warm roof needs a plasterer and someone who understands the fascia. Doing them under one roof means the job doesn't stall waiting for somebody else to turn up.
“Built around you” is on our logo because it's how we'd rather work. We'll come and look at the job, tell you honestly what we'd do, and say so if we think you'd be better off spending the money elsewhere. Then you get a written quote, and no chasing phone calls afterwards.
Most of what we've finished recently is on our Instagram — before-and-afters, work in progress, and the details we're pleased with. It's the quickest way to see the standard we work to.

What you can expect
Quality workmanship
The bit you can't see matters as much as the bit you can. Work is done properly the first time, and we'd rather take an extra day than leave something we wouldn't want in our own house.
Attention to detail
Level tiles, straight silicone lines, downlights that line up, a fascia with the LEDs set in neatly. Nobody notices the details when they're right — everybody notices them when they're not.
