We come out, look at the job properly and talk through the options standing in the actual room. No charge, no pressure and no salesman.

A written quote
You get a clear quote setting out what's included and what it costs. If something needs changing, we change it before anyone commits to anything.

We book you in
You get a start date and a realistic idea of how long we'll be there. If anything moves, you hear it from us first rather than finding out on the day.

The work
Dust sheets down, mess contained, tidy at the end of every day. You'll always know who's turning up and what's happening next.

Finished and cleared
We walk you round it, sort anything you're not happy with, and take the rubbish away. Then it's yours.
Straight answers
What people ask at this stage
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The visit and the quote are free and there's no obligation. We'd rather come and look at the job than guess at it over the phone, because a guess is no use to either of us.
Why don't you publish prices?
Because the honest answer depends on the house. Two bathrooms the same size can be very different jobs depending on what's behind the walls, where the soil pipe runs and what you want in there. You'll get a written quote after a free visit rather than a 'from' price that turns out to apply to almost nobody.
How long will the work take?
It depends on the job. We'll give you a realistic window with the quote and tell you straight away if anything changes. We'd rather set an honest expectation than a hopeful one.
Do you do just the fitting if I've bought the kitchen or bathroom myself?
Yes. Plenty of people buy from a showroom or online and want someone to fit it properly. Tell us what you've bought and we'll quote for fitting it.
Will you make a mess?
Some, unavoidably — it's building work. But dust sheets go down, we keep it contained, and we tidy at the end of each day rather than at the end of the job. The rubbish goes with us.
