Fascias and soffits
Replaced in maintenance-free uPVC, in white, black or anthracite to match the windows. No more painting a ladder-height board every few years.
Guttering and downpipes
Replaced or re-run so the water goes where it should. Most damp patches on a gable wall trace back to about a metre of split gutter.
LED downlights in the fascia
Set into the fascia so the light washes down the back of the house. We fitted these on a recent warm roof job and it's the detail the customer talks about most.
Done alongside a roof job
If we're already up there for a warm roof, doing the fascia at the same time saves setting up twice. Worth asking about when we quote.
