Mottram, Hollingworth and Broadbottom. The far edge of Tameside, and still our patch.
What we find here
Working on Longdendale houses
Longdendale is the most rural corner of the borough, stone cottages and older terraces along the A57 through Mottram and Hollingworth, houses down in the Etherow valley at Broadbottom, and later estates filling in between. Parts of Mottram village are a conservation area, which limits what can change outside, and being up on the Pennine edge the weather gets at buildings harder here than it does down in the valley. Worth factoring into anything involving a roof.
Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council. Building control and planning for every town on this page go through Tameside Council. Where a job needs sign-off, structural work, some electrics, a warm roof over an existing conservatory, we deal with that as part of the work rather than leaving it with you.
